I designed a street-wear version of my one-of-a-kind dance skirts to take the joy of dance out of the studio and bring it to people's daily lives. This wrap skirt is made with light and cool fabrics and comes with playful and contrasting ribbons too.

The fabrics that I use are remnants or small orders from local manufacturers. I collect them randomly every time that I find something that inspires me when I travel in Europe and Asia. Because of the uniqueness of the raw materials that I use, all the designs come in limited editions.

By using dance as a source of inspiration, I give these raw materials a second life. I approach each design depending on the fabrics and ribbons that I have found.


IRISdancewear skirts' are carefully handmade by me. Small variations in size -if any- may be part of the non-industrial process. And that's what makes them special to you.

This is a delicate garment. Be kind to your dance skirt when you wash it after your dancing. Hand wash recommended. Dry flat.
