  • All digital purchases available via this website are final and non-refundable.

  • Signed copies are final and non-refundable because of the signature they can’t be resold to anyone else.

  • By purchasing any of our products you agree to automatically opt into Iris Mir’s mailing list.

  • Paypal and Stripe are the two platforms available for purchase of digital products.

  • No part of the materials available for download or to view online through www.irismir.net site may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of Iris Mir . Any other reproduction in any form without the permission of Iris Mir is prohibited. All materials contained on this site www.irismir.net may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written permission of Iris Mir.

    MEMBERSHIP - COURSES - DIGITAL CONTENT:

  • Once you purchase a membership or an online course, you will be granted access to it for the duration stated upon purchase of that digital purchase. For recurring membership fees, you may cancel your recurring fees any time.

  • Your membership credentials are unique to you. links to watch the videos have been send only to you. By purchasing any of my membership or online courses options, you agree not to share the links with anyone else under any circumstances. No part of the videos may be reproduced in whole or in part in any manner without the written consent of Iris Mir. And you agree not to record nor download any of them.

  • All materials contained on this site www.irismir.net may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written permission of Iris Mir.

    ONLINE PILATES SESSIONS:

  • I reserve the right to cancel a class, any time, and without prior notice. You will be notified if that’s the case by email. Your money will be saved for a future class.

  • Gift vouchers are valid only for 2 weeks after date of purchase.

  • Purchases are NON refundable.

  • If you get a free class as a result of buying a gift voucher for a friend, it must be used within 10 days after the date of purchase of the gift voucher.

  • The £16 package is only available for those who want to take 2 classes per week, on the same week.

  • we will not be able to offer any advice on how to set up Zoom. So make sure you check your ZOOM settings and laptop or device settings before taking a class and before making any purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of these online sessions and fees at any time, without prior notice.

  • No part of the content available on our blog may be photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of Iris Mir.

  • We encourage and environment of respect to others and tolerance when it comes to the content shared on the public comments of the blog.

  • Public comments on the blog are allowed but any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to erase any comments we believe go against the integrity to any other person or that induce to any form of hate speech or intolerance.

  • We will not be held responsible for the comments left on the blog by other people.

  • Copyright infringements in comments are not allowed.

SHOP:

  • Customs and import taxes:

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Exchanges and Returns:

Most of my items are MADE TO ORDER, hence I DON'T accept returns and and exchanges of made-to-order products.

To place a return or an exchange of a non-custom item please contact me within 14 days of delivery. And ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.

For health/hygiene reasons, he following items can't be returned or exchange even if they are made-to-order: Earrings and other intimate items

You may check each item description to find out what is the return policy that applies.

 Conditions of return for non-custom items: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchange: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Intimate items, including earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Shipment: Most of the items are made to order. Please allow a period of 2-3 weeks before the item is ready to be shipped. I'll keep you posted and notify you by e-mail once the item has been shipped.

    Allow between 3 to 7 business days once the item has been shipped.

    If you are not sure if we provide shipment to your country of residence, please e-mail us before you place your order, we’ll try our best to find a way to ship to your country. However, we can't guarantee shipment to all the countries.

  • Custom and personalized orders: If for some reason I am unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you directly to discuss the situation and offer you an alternative if that’s the case.

  • We do not accept any special requests in terms of adjustments or any other variations. In the case of the DIY dance skirts in particular, only the choices and combinations of fabrics and ribbons provided by me will be accepted

  • ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN POUND STERLING £.

    We will not be responsible for any exchange fees required by your bank or any other intermediary.

    ALL PRICES ARE FINAL.

    We won’t be responsible for any local taxes that may be applied by the country of receipt of your order.

    Prices for the products are subject to change without notice.

  • Postage:

Do make sure to provide the correct address and that someone will be available to pick up your package and sign for it if you are not available. We won’t be responsible of any package loss or damage. If your package is returned to us because the address you provided is incorrect or not found; or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package until we receive payment for any additional posting fees.

  • Shop’s Terms of service

All our designs, photos or any other printed or digital material associated to it are copyright material that belong to Iris Mir.

Also you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of the designs, printed or digital material without express written consent by myself.

We won’t be responsible of any skin allergies or any other conditions aroused from the use of any of the items.

Some products may contain small parts, long ribbons and some other features that might be dangerous for toddlers and children of certain age. I won’t be responsible of any accident or misuse of the items.
